General clauses

By registering on LLC Norik 70 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) websites and/or taking any specific action, which implies registering and submitting personal data, physical entities/ customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) give their consent to processing of personal data under the terms of this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”).

Seller may change this Policy from time to time.

The customer shall review this Policy periodically. 

In terms and purposes defined by this Policy, the Operator collects personal data of physical entities which allow or may allow to identify directly or indirectly the personality thereof, including:

• name, surname;
• date of birth;
• contact information (address, email address, phone number etc.)

Measures to ensure the safety of processed personal data

1. To ensure the protection of processed personal data the Company takes necessary legal, organizational, technical protection measures in accordance with the regulatory requirements of authorized state authorities (regulators).
2. Measures to protect personal data are developed in accordance with the requirements of the RA legislation, the Company's Information Security Policy and in accordance with the Company's technical capabilities. The responsibility to include such requirements in corporate documents is assigned to the developers of documents.

Confidentiality of personal data

1. Information relating to personal data that has become known to the Company is considered as confidential information and is protected by law.

Final clauses

1. This Policy, as well as all amendments to it, are approved by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and become effective from the date of publication on the Company's website http://www.karginshin.am/ 
2. Starting from validity date hereof, all previous versions of this Policy shall be deemed as invalid.
3. If the provisions of this Policy are contrary to the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the relevant provisions of the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia shall prevail.

 

Terms and conditions of purchase and sale of products through LLC Norik 70  online store

  Definitions

1.These Terms and Conditions of purchase and sale of Products through LLC Norik 70  online store (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) determine general terms and conditions for the sale of products through LLC Norik 70  online store, as well as the procedure of interaction between the Seller, the Buyer, the Delivery Service and others involved in products sale through ''LLC Norik 70''  online store.

Online purchases of products made on karginshin.am website are strictly subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms"). By purchasing the products offered by vegahome.am, you agree to the present Terms. You also agree to use the products and goods purchased in accordance with the present Terms.

Please read our Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Placing an order

1. For placing an Order, the Buyer shall enter the following data:

- Full name of the Buyer or the Receiver;

- Buyer’s contact phone;

- Buyer’s e-mail address;

- Order delivery address

2. The Buyer shall guarantee the authenticity of all data indicated about himself/herself and shall bear full responsibility thereof. Data entry by the Buyer shall imply his/her consent to processing their personal data (implemented by using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, modification), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data) for the entire period of product purchase and sales contract to ensure the possibility to purchase the product through the online store by the Buyer. The Seller shall undertake to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data provided by the Buyer in full compliance with the applicable laws of RA regarding personal data protection.

 

Payment

1. Products and goods may be purchased through the www.karginshin.am(“Site”) website by credit or debit card, online payment systems, or cash payment.
2. The Product price is indicated on the website. The Product price includes all taxes provided for by the applicable laws of RA.
3. The Product price can be changed by the Seller for cause. The Product price shall remain valid until the moment of clicking the “Place the Order” button. After clicking the “Place the Order” button the price is not subject to changes.
4. Receipt and processing of payments through bank cards is carried out by the bank. The Seller does not perform processing, including collection and storage of bank data of the Buyer.
5. By completing and submitting an online order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products subject to the present Terms, which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
6. In case of making an online payment, the Buyer shall be responsible for the accuracy of data entered.
7. To clarify issues related to card payments, the Purchaser must apply to the bank that issued the card.
8. The Seller assumes no responsibility for the validity/correctness of the data entered and technical failure/malfunction of the payment systems.
9. If the Buyer checks the option "cash payment on delivery", the payment shall be made by the Buyer upon transferring the product to the Buyer by the Delivery Service. The payment shall be made in AMD in cash in full amount of the ordered Product cost. The Product shall not be transferred to the Buyer in the event when he/she refuses to make a payment or when the Buyer does not possess funds in full amount of the ordered Product cost at the moment of its delivery. If the Buyer refuses to pay for the Order or if the Buyer does not have funds in full amount of the Product cost, the Order shall be considered as cancelled.

Final provision

1. These Rules shall be governed by the jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia.
2. The Seller has the right to assign or otherwise transfer his rights and responsibilities arising from his relationship with the Buyer to third parties.
3. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Buyer as a result of improper use of the Product purchased through the online store.
4. The Seller has the right to deprive the Buyer of the right to purchase products though the online store if there is evidence that the Buyer violated the requirements provided for by the applicable laws of RA and these Rules.
5. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Rules by publishing relevant information on www.karginshin.am website, and pursuant thereto the Buyer undertakes to regularly monitor changes in the Rules.
6. All disputes and disagreements arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiations and, if not possible, according to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
7. The Buyer herewith authorizes the Seller to send information about various initiatives of the Seller to the Buyer’s e-mail address, or through SMS to the phone number specified by the Buyer. The Buyer shall be entitled to opt out of receiving mailings at any time by contacting the Seller.
